Return Policy
- Call us to arrange for any returns at 1-833-664-1515 or you may email customer service at parts[at]fordpartsoem.com.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts ordered without adequate VIN information are not eligible to be returned.
- Parts must be re-saleable and in the original intact unmarred packaging.
- We (Ford Parts Center), cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Because it's important to get you the Right Parts for your specific vehicle - You Must Include Your VIN with all Orders. You agree to this and we send an email out to every customer that does not include a VIN. That email states if you order the wrong part and did NOT include your Vehicles VIN, then YOU CANNOT Return those parts. Adding your VIN ensures the right parts, reduced vehicle down-time, less chance of extra shipping charges and/or restocking fees.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
Refunds Policy
All processed returns are refunded to the method or card associated with the purchase of the returned parts. We make every effort to submit the refund
within 24 to 48 hours after your returned parts have arrived and been inspected. For example, if received on the weekend it would be Monday before we
inspect your returned parts and issue the refund.
